Dear Peter,
    This is a quick note to thank you for the fireplace you fitted last week. As promised, I have taken a photo of the finished article after I decorated.
    I am very pleased; the colour matches perfectly with my decor.  The fitters were very neat, considering the bricks that they had to knock out.

Dear Peter,

     We are writing to express our sincere gratitude for the professional service offered by you and your staff from the moment we came into your shop to choose a fire and surround, to when the job was finished.
     We were already in the market for a new fireplace when we saw your advert on the T.V.  We decided to call in and Cathy suggested that we have a look around at the display models.  We couldn't see one that we liked, so Cathy asked us what we had in mind and showed us the full range from the catalogues.  She was most helpful and even suggested that we bring a table from our home so as to get a perfect match with the mahogany fire surround.  We couldn't decide on the marble and far from pressurising us into accepting one you had in stock, you advised us to wait until your next delivery.  We were then able to choose exactly what we wanted.  As you can see from the pictures, the fitter did an excellent job.  He had his work cut out because of the gas supply pipe which needed relocating, but nothing was too much trouble to him.  He completed the job in a few hours and didn't leave any mess!  We were very impressed!
      We were so pleased with the end result that we felt compelled to write to you enclosing some photos for your album.  Everyone who has seen the fireplace has been impressed and we have recommended that they pay you a visit.
